Business Development Manager

M74 specializes in matching Clients with export, import, manufacturing, expansion, and outsourcing opportunities and Partners within our target markets.


Our Business Development Managers, who are located in each of our target markets and beyond, play a critical role in this process.


The role is a remote, commissioned-based, independent contractor position that offers both flexibility and opportunities for growth.


Remote. Within the United States, India, Spain, Nigeria, the Philippines, Portugal, or Guyana.


  • Finds, selects, and recruits the best-match Partners for Clients to choose from. This includes vetting potential Partners via due diligence (financial and operational) and compliance checks.

  • Brokers all meetings (introductions, presentations, negotiations, etc.) and correspondence (exchanges of information) between Clients and shortlisted potential Partners, up to and including the contract-signing phase. 

  • Once partnerships have been contractually established between Clients and chosen Partners, facilitates the development of these bilateral relationships, in order to ensure their long-term success.

  • Organizes the placement of Clients in trade fairs, shows, exhibitions, expositions, conferences, missions, and delegations within their target markets that are relevant to their industries or sectors.

  • Arranges optional all-inclusive trips for Clients to seal the deal with their chosen Partners in-person.


  • Possess a functional computer with reliable internet access

  • English fluency

  • 1+ year of relevant work experience


  • Experience creating transnational partnerships between businesses

  • Extroverted and ambitious personality

  • Foreign language skills (particularly Spanish and Portuguese)
